finalfantasydle is run by one person, so there is one address rather than a support desk. Mail gets read, and anything that is a genuine bug or a factual correction usually gets fixed within a few days.
What to write about
- A wrong or missing entry
- The most useful mail I get. Name the character or summon, say which attribute is wrong and what it should be, and — if you can — where that is documented. Both datasets are public: the character index and the summon index.
- A bug
- Tell me your browser, your device and what you did just before it broke. If a puzzle misbehaved, the day it happened helps, since the answer is derived from the date.
- A translation fix
- The interface ships in nine languages and not all of them were written by native speakers. Corrections in French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese or Chinese are welcome.
- A feature idea
- New modes, new attributes, quality-of-life changes — send them. The roster and the mode list both grow from player suggestions.
- Advertising and business
- Ad placement, sponsorship and cross-promotion enquiries go to the same address.
- Rights-holder requests
- finalfantasydle is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with Square Enix. If you represent a rights holder and want material removed, mail the address above with the specific URLs and it will be taken down promptly — see About for the full attribution notice.
- Privacy and data
- The game stores nothing about you on any server, so there is rarely anything to request — but questions about the privacy policy are answered at the same address.
